We collect information only when you voluntarily submit our engagement intake form. This may include:

- Your name and work email address
- Engagement type, purpose, and timeline details you choose to share
- Any additional context you provide in the optional notes field
We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or sensitive personal data through this website.
3. How We Process Your Submission
All form submissions are processed entirely on our own server infrastructure. We do not use third-party form processing services. When you submit the engagement intake form:
- Your submission is received and processed by our server
- A formatted notification is sent directly to our team inbox
- An auto-reply confirmation is sent to your email address
- No submission data is stored in a database — it is transmitted via email only
4. How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our intake form is used exclusively to:
- Review your engagement request and prepare a scope proposal
- Reply to you within one business day with recommended package, inputs checklist, and fixed fee
- Facilitate follow-up communication regarding your engagement
We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for any purpose.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic. GA4 collects anonymized usage data (pages viewed, session duration, referral source, etc.). It does not collect personally identifiable information beyond what you submit in forms. You may opt out of GA4 tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. 6. Data Retention
Scope request data is retained in our email inbox for up to 24 months following your last communication with us, or until you request deletion. We do not operate a client database on this website. Engagement-related communications are stored in our secure email system (Microsoft 365) and are accessible only to authorized FairValueX personnel.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@fairvaluex.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
All form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Our server infrastructure is hosted through a reputable managed hosting provider. We do not store raw form data in a publicly accessible database. Access to submission data is limited to authorized personnel only.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
